My Diet PlanHad lunch with my sis today.
Sinful lunch @ MOS..
She handed me a list that she drew up..
DIET FOR PAT
============
9AM: Open face sandwich (chilli tuna or egg) with 1 piece whole meal bread
(*Please eat Multi-Vit and drink a FULL mug of water)
10AM: 3 tablespoon of Milo (only 1/2 mug of hot water, no sugar or milk)
(** If still hungry, please eat healthy snacks - 12 pc of honey roasted almonds
and drink water. OR an appple OR low fat cheese dipped sugar)
1.30PM: Eat vegetable + meat only (NO rice) (e.g:Mix veg rice/Yong Tau Foo/Fish Slice/Ban Mee)
4.00PM: Drink 3 Tbsp Milo / Apple
5.00PM: Open face sandwich (1 slice)
(***** WARNING*****)
DO NOT EAT ANY CARBOHYDRATE AFTER 5PM
i.e. RICE / BEEHOON / NOODLES / PORRIDGE / CAKE / BISCUIT......
Reason for this list?? cos i taking my wedding shot soon, but i HAVEN SLIM DOWN LAH!!
PAT MUST SLIM!! PAT MUST SLIM!! PAT MUST SLIM!! -_-/// (cold sweat liao)
really hope i can perservere for this wedding~~ never slim in my whole life before.. :(
